Frank Vizesi

Vice President, Orthobiologics Research & Development, and Clinical Affairs at SeaSpine

Frank Vizesi is the Vice President of Orthobiologics Research & Development and Clinical Affairs at SeaSpine. Frank has been with the company since September 2015 and in their current role since March 2022.

Prior to joining SeaSpine, Frank was the Director of Research and Development for Biologics at NuVasive. Frank was with NuVasive from August 2007 to September 2015 and was responsible for the development of NuVasive's Biologics portfolio, which included Osteocel technologies, traditional and advanced synthetic ceramic technologies, and DBMs.

Before their time at NuVasive, Frank was a Research Assistant at the University of New South Wales from November 2001 to August 2007. Frank's responsibilities included preclinical animal and biomechanical testing as well as interacting with orthopaedic and plastic/maxillofacial surgeons on a daily basis.

Frank Vizesi has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from UNSW, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from UNSW, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from UNSW.

They work with Troy Woolley - Vice President, Marketing, Spinal Systems, Chris Shen - Vice President, Customer Experience and Information Technology, and Patrick Keran - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Their manager is Keith C. Valentine, President & CEO.
