Jane Billbe

Jane Billbe is currently the Senior Vice President of Operations & Organizational Health at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. In this role, Jane is responsible for overseeing the Chamber's major infrastructure initiatives, including facilities and IT, to ensure efficient and consistent operations as the organization scales. Jane has also served in various other leadership roles at the Chamber, including as a key contact for external partners, such as third-party vendors and consultants, and as a leader shaping the organization's IT and HR infrastructure. In addition to their work at the Chamber, Jane also has experience administering 401(k) programs and partnering with payroll to ensure timely plan compliance. Jane is dedicated to ensuring that all organizational processes are aligned with the Chamber's overarching goals and vision.

Jane Billbe has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Leadership and Operations from Seattle University, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in French Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara. Jane is certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
