Terry Winn

Terry Winn serves as the Assistant Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Seattle Pacific University since August 2022. Previously held the position of Vice President for University Services and Chief Human Resources Officer at Oklahoma Christian University from July 2014 to July 2022, overseeing a comprehensive human resources department for approximately 750 employees. Prior to that, Terry held the role of Human Resources Director at Edmond Public Schools, managing a department for 2,600 employees from August 2009 to January 2014. Additionally, Terry served as Vice President for Administrative Affairs at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma from August 1996 to August 2009, overseeing various administrative functions. Early career experience includes directing public relations and mass communications at Northwestern Oklahoma State University from August 1984 to August 1996. Terry holds a Master of Arts in Journalism/Mass Communication from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Journalism/English from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.
