Amy Maas Westerhof

Amy Maas Westerhof, CHRL, currently serves as Vice President of People Operations at Second Harvest since September 2023. Prior to this role, Amy spent over 16 years at World Vision Canada, where responsibilities included Acting Head of People & Culture, People & Culture Director, People & Culture Manager, People & Culture Project Manager, and Business Partner Manager. Earlier in the career, Amy held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Magna Powertrain and began professional development as a Human Resources Coordinator (Co-op) at Husky Injection Molding Systems. Amy holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Redeemer University.
