Pete Straka

Pete Straka is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Securitas Electronic Security. Prior to their current position, Straka served as the Director of HR Client Services at SkyBridge Resource Center, LLC from May 2014 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for designing, delivering, and managing SRC's human resource client services offerings. Pete was also responsible for serving as a liaison between overseas management and U.S. teams on human resource management issues.

Straka has a long history of working in human resources and has been instrumental in helping companies streamline their payables, receivables, cash management, inventory, human resources, payroll, and accounting needs. Pete is an expert in business consulting and has a deep understanding of the U.S. employment market. Straka's experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Pete Straka earned their MA in Labor & Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Pete also holds a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same school.

Pete Straka reports to Tony Byerly, President & CEO. They are on a team with Ina Staris - Vice President, Legal, General Counsel & Secretary, Ashwin Kataria - Vice President, Finance & Controller, and Rob Raymond - Senior Vice President, Financial Sales.
