Cybersecurity company Securonix has appointed two new executives to its leadership team. Brett Bowman is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer, while Dilshan Ratnayake has been appointed Chief People Officer.
“Securonix has experienced unprecedented market traction by allowing customers to cut the cord on traditional security monitoring and leverage the cloud-based SaaS model of the Securonix Next-Gen SIEM platform,” said Securonix COO Dave Colesante. “In order to capitalize on recent success and take the next step in our company lifecycle, we must continue to enhance our offerings with the best people, process and technology. With these latest hires, we are doing exactly that.”
Mr. Bowman is an experienced CFO, most recently at tech startups Woot and Main Street Hub, helping both companies to achieve successful acquisitions. In his new role, he will oversee Securronix’s finance and accounting operations, and have responsibility for fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy and delivery.
Mr. Ratnayake comes to Securonix from Sabre Corporation, where he served as Head of Human Resources. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, and will lead all of Securonix’s people and talent activities.
