Mike Bendokaitis

Mike Bendokaitis currently serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development (M&A) at Sedgwick, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions in investment banking at Copper Run, including Director and Vice President from July 2021 to November 2025. Mike's experience in corporate strategy includes serving as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Root Inc. from November 2018 to July 2021, and as Manager of Strategy Consulting at KPMG between October 2013 and November 2018. Earlier career experiences include roles at Chesapeake Energy and Cardinal Health. Mike holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University (2008-2012). Education was preceded by a diploma from Saint Ignatius High School.
