Tamie Hoyner, CIR has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Tamie started their career as an Executive Recruiter at MRI Executive Solutions and later worked as a Senior Recruiter at Spherion, where they led the hiring process for non-exempt and exempt positions at Grainger branches.

Tamie then worked at Grainger as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, where they provided strategy and effective planning for hiring decisions in various business functions. Tamie also served as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional projects to improve hiring cycle times and increase revenue at risk. Later, they became the Manager of Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations, overseeing vendor relationships, talent acquisition workflows, and recruitment systems.

After leaving Grainger, Tamie worked as the Director of Human Resources - Talent Operations at Bottleneck Management and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Crate and Barrel, where they supported thousands of employees across multiple locations.

Tamie Hoyner, CIR pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 1997 and 2000. Tamie also acquired a certification as a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS in 2013.
