Previously serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development at SEEK Careers/Staffing, Sara developed innovative training programs that significantly reduced time to production and training costs. As the current Senior Vice President of Operations at SEEK Careers/Staffing, Sara oversees operations and recruiting across 18 offices in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Additionally, Sara is the President of Staffing Ideation Group, focusing on enhancing productivity and profit for staffing companies.
