Alexey Shubnikov

Alexey Shubnikov, FRM, has extensive experience in risk management, currently serving as a Senior Risk Manager at SEFE Securing Energy for Europe GmbH since April 2016, where responsibilities include leading Liquidity Risk management processes and evaluating liquidity risk during deal lifecycles. Prior to this role, Alexey worked at Gazprom Export as a Risk Manager, focusing on the development of market and credit risk models, and at Automated Intelligence Systems as a Leading Specialist in Risk Management for a cryptocurrency startup. Alexey began a career at PwC as a Consultant, participating in audit engagements, and has foundational experience as a Java Developer at Exigen Services. Academic qualifications include a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Saint Petersburg State University, complemented by further education at ESMT Berlin.
