Sydney Patterson

Sydney Patterson currently serves as Co-Chair at SEGD since June 2022 and has extensive experience in design, having held positions such as Associate and Senior Designer at RSM Design and Senior Designer at Selbert Perkins Design. Prior roles include Junior Designer at Kate Keating Associates Inc and an Exhibition Design Intern at the Jan Shrem and Maria Manetti Shrem Museum of Art. As a Co-founder and Studio Lead for Design for America at UC Davis, Sydney developed a curriculum focused on human-centered design for students. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Design from the University of California, Davis, and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Architecture at UCLA Architecture and Urban Design. Sydney's work emphasizes user-based wayfinding solutions and comprehensive user experiences for diverse clients, including prominent universities and government agencies.
