James is responsible for business operations and financial strategy within the organization.

James offers thirteen years of extensive financial, operational and strategic experience to Seldon having started his career at KPMG in London, working on fundraising and acquisitions within the technology industry. In 2014, he moved to San Francisco for a similar role, advising a variety of companies, from startups to big tech, on how to successfully execute their growth and M&A strategies. James then returned to London three years later to take up the position of CFO at SaaS automation company Thoughtonomy, where he helped to grow the company to a $100m valuation, before it was acquired by British unicorn Blue Prism.

Matthew Cathcart is currently an account manager at [Seldon](/org/seldon), a company that uses machine learning to help people predict and shape the future. Matthew previously worked as an enterprise account manager at [Seldon](/org/seldon) from January 2020 to August 2020. Prior to that, they were an associate at Buchanan Search from May 2018 to December 2019, where they helped clients find positions in London, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and New York.

Matthew Cathcart completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Sport Management at [Southwestern Oklahoma State University](/org/southwestern-oklahoma-state-university). Prior to this, they attended St Clement Danes School.

Amy Darlow is the current VP of People and Talent at [Seldon](/org/seldon). Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of People EMEA at Contino from July 2017 to April 2021. During their time at Contino, they were responsible for managing the EMEA PeopleOps team and led a global team to implement Lattice, a performance tool, and embed a new approach to Performance Development. Amy also lead a global team to discover and roll out the company's Global Values and behaviours with the Contino Manifesto.

Some of their key achievements during their time at Contino include devising and rolling out custom Consulting with Impact workshops in partnership with the VP of Delivery, and successfully managing the continuous improvement of employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle.

Amy is a member of the Leadership team at [Seldon](/org/seldon) and is responsible for providing regular updates and managing the PeopleOps quarterly roadmap, leading on key PeopleOps programmes. Amy is also responsible for ensuring that the company is always striving to build and maintain a culture that attracts, develops and retains the best talent.

Amy Darlow has a CIPD Level 7 Diploma from Acacia Learning, a CIPD level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College, and a Ba (Hons) in Business Studies from [Coventry University](/org/coventry-university). Amy also has certification from Thomas International in TEIQue and PPA Practitioner.

Tanu Chellam is the Vice President of Product at [Seldon](/org/seldon). Prior to joining [Seldon](/org/seldon), Tanu served as a Business Mentor and Start-up Accelerator at IoT Tribe and as a Senior Product Line Manager at [Autodesk](/org/autodesk). Tanu has also worked with Harvard Business Review, [Safeguard Scholar](/org/safeguard-scholar), and Atlas Rosetta.

Tanu is an expert in product management, business strategy, innovation, and marketing. Tanu has won numerous awards for their work, including the YWCA Tribute to Women Award and the [Autodesk](/org/autodesk) CEO Award. Tanu is passionate about helping startups grow and thrive. Tanu is currently mentoring professionals ad-hoc through MentorCruise.

Tanu Chellam has an Executive MBA from [Harvard Business School](/org/harvard-business-school)'s Program for Leadership Development (PLDA). Tanu also has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from [Carnegie Mellon University](/org/carnegie-mellon-university). Tanu has a high school diploma from the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and is certified in Business Innovation with Blockchain Technology from SkillsFuture SG and LUMA Fundamentals (Design Thinking) from LUMA Institute. Tanu is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance.

Tom Davies is the current VP of Alliances at [Seldon](/org/seldon). Prior to joining [Seldon](/org/seldon), Tom held various positions at [Snow Software](/org/snow-software), Adobe, Oracle, Bridewell Consulting, and [HCL Technologies](/org/hcl). In their most recent role as Strategic Alliances Manager- Global Partners at [Snow Software](/org/snow-software), Tom was responsible for overall strategy & business growth at a global level. 

Tom has over 10 years of experience in account management, sales, and marketing. Tom has a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners. In their previous role as Account Director- Adobe Experience Cloud at Adobe, Tom managed corporate accounts across Life Sciences, High Tech, Media & Publishing verticals ensuring customers derived maximum value from Adobe Digital Marketing solutions. 

Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the [University of Westminster](/org/university-of-westminster).

Nick Abbott is currently the VP Customer Success at [Seldon](/org/seldon). Prior to this, they were the Manager of Customer Success EMEA at NetBrain Technologies Inc. from May 2019 to April 2020. Nick has also held the title of Manager, Customer Experience EMEA from January 2017 to February 2019. Their previous positions also include Enterprise Customer Success Manager from March 2016 to January 2017 and Head of Technology and Customer Success from September 2010 to September 2014. Nick started their career as a Network Engineer at Siemens from August 1997 to May 2000 and then became the Network Operations Team Lead at IPC Media Time Inc from May 2000 to October 2010.

Nick Abbott is an audio engineer who has a diploma from the SAE Institute. Nick also has a certification from [Cisco](/org/cisco) in CCNA.
