Deanna NaDell MSN, MBA, RN is the Chief Nursing Officer at Select Specialty Hospital in Battle Creek, MI, a position they have held since 2023. With 18 years of nursing experience, Deanna began their career as a Licensed Practical Nurse in long-term care before advancing to roles in renal/oncology med/surg and Surgical Intensive Care Unit. They later became a Clinical Educator for Staff Development at Henry Ford Allegiance Health while pursuing their Master's degrees in Nursing Science and Business Administration at Capella University. Deanna also served as the Manager of Surgical Services at Hillsdale Hospital and the Manager of HFAH’s LTACH prior to their current leadership role.
