Aleem Pasha Shaik

Aleem Pasha Shaik currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Enterprise Delivery Services at Selective Insurance, a position held since July 2018, where responsibilities include application delivery, legacy modernization, and continuous improvements in innovation and digital services. Prior to this role, Aleem spent over 16 years at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing through various positions including TCS Relationship Manager, Engagement Manager, Software Engineer, Delivery Manager, and Project Manager, focusing on pre-sales, contracting, account management, and responding to RFPs. Aleem holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University, attained between 1998 and 2002.
