Thomas Walters

Thomas Walters is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in trial law and litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Trial Attorney at Selective Insurance since June 2023, Walters has also been a Partner at Bolan Jahnsen Dacey since April 2001, where expertise is focused on case positioning and mediation to expedite litigation processes. Prior roles include Senior Trial Attorney at the Law Office of William J. McGuire, managing large-loss cases involving products and premises liability, as well as extensive experience as a Senior Associate at Dwyer, Connell and Lisbona, where significant litigation and trial work in various legal areas was performed. Walters obtained a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Scranton.
