Anitha Ganesan is the Director of People at Self. Anitha has over eight years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Anitha started their career as a Manager - HR and Talent Acquisition at XBiotech USA Inc. where they were responsible for providing HR policy and program expertise for corporate and retail across Americas. Anitha then moved to Apple where they partnered with Employee Relations and business unit HR Managers in helping resolve Employee issues to prevent future escalations.

Anitha has a deep understanding of all aspects of HR, from benefits and leaves to performance management and payroll. Anitha has advised managers, HR Business teams and employees for both US and Canada on company-wide policies, practices and guidelines pertaining to culture, benefits, events, leaves, performance management, rewards and recognition, talent management and payroll.

Anitha is a trusted advisor who always looks out for the best interests of their clients. Anitha is a problem solver who is able to quickly assess a situation and determine the best course of action.

Anitha Ganesan holds an MBA in Human Resources from a business management school and a Bachelors of Commerce from the University of Madras in accounting, commerce, and economics. Anitha also has a certification from the HR Certification Institute in PHR.

They work with Timothy Kurtz - Director of User Acquisition, Brett Billick - Chief Marketing Officer, and Brian Vitone - Chief Compliance Officer. Their manager is James Garvey, CEO & Founder.
