Carl Whitfield

Carl Whitfield currently serves as the Head of Electrical Support & Product Development at Selwood Ltd, a position held since June 2003. In this role, responsibilities include managing over 2000 electrical assets, sourcing innovative products, and overseeing supplier relationships for electrical pumps and accessories. Additionally, Carl plays a significant role in the company’s training program, educating new recruits and electricians on Selwood's electrical equipment. Previous roles at Selwood include Electrical Asset & Support Manager, Electrical Repair Centre Manager, and Mobile Electrician. Prior to joining Selwood, Carl worked as an Electrical Engineer at ITT Flygt from May 1994 to May 2004. Carl holds a C Certificate in Electrical Installation from St Helens College of Technology, earned between 1985 and 1988.
