Josh Elser

Josh Elser is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Sema4.ai since April 2025. Prior to this role, Josh was a Staff Software Engineer at Sundeck, where the primary focus was on developing a Golang backend to support the Snowflake Query Broker data plane and REST and SQL API control plane. Previously, at Cloudera, Josh built and maintained the Cloudera Operational Database platform, leading a distributed team to transition from an on-premises solution to a cloud-first architecture.
