Márcia Vagos

Márcia Vagos, PhD, is a Data Scientist at Semcon, with a background in Control Systems & Digital Solutions. Prior to that, Márcia worked as a Consultant at Simula Research Laboratory and as a Research Assistant at FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik, focusing on computational modelling of the human eye. Márcia holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Biology from the University of Oslo, as well as a Master of Engineering in Bioengineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Márcia also has experience as a Research Collaborator at Maastricht UMC+ and as a Research Student at Aalto University School of Science and Technology in the field of Neuroinformatics.
