Maureen Collins has a diverse and extensive background in education and military service. Currently serving as a Mathematics Instructor/Coach for Seminole County Public Schools since August 2015 and as a Gifted Resource Teacher at Sabal Point Elementary since November 2014, Maureen has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing mathematics education. Prior experience includes teaching mathematics at Lake Brantley High School from August 2004 to August 2015 and serving as an Officer in the Transportation Corps of the US Army from May 1985 to May 1990. Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
