Uko Akanowo

Uko Akanowo has been working in the software development field since 2019. Uko began as a Freelance Software Developer before joining Devcenter Innovation in 2021 as a Back End Developer, where they developed a USSD system with Nodejs. Uko then moved to Afrocamgist ltd in 2021, where they were a Full Stack Developer and developed and managed RESTful APIs with Nodejs, maintained and implemented new social media features with React, built a Realtime Chat System with Nodejs and Socket.io, and implemented a timeline logic using algorithms. Uko is currently working at Sendchamp and iQube Labs as a Backend Engineer and Backend Software Engineer respectively.

Uko Akanowo attended Bells University of Technology from 2017 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. In November 2022, they obtained a Graduate Member certification from the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria.
