Group HR Director at Senior

Jane Johnston has had a long and successful career in human resources. Jane is currently the Group HR Director at Senior, a position they have held since 2013. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Covance, where they were responsible for developing and delivering the HR vision and strategy for a Business Unit with 1500 employees in the US, China and Europe. Jane was also a key player in the company's Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) activity, leading the HR project team in a $2.2 billion deal.

Jane has a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that have positively impact business results. Jane is an expert in organisational design, development and change management, and has a keen understanding of how to manage resources effectively. Jane is also an excellent communicator and coach, who has successfully advised and supported senior leadership teams throughout their career.

Jane Johnston has a post grad diploma in human resources from Sheffield Hallam University, a BA Hons in maths and education and community studies from York St. John University, and certification from the International Coaching Federation in ICF Member Badge.
