Chris Tzvetkov

Chris Tzvetkov is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources across diverse industries. Currently serving as the HR Director for the Global Supply Chain Vehicle Business Unit at Sensata Technologies since August 2016, Chris leads HR strategies for manufacturing and supply chain operations across multiple continents, overseeing a workforce of over 14,000 employees. Previous roles include HR Director for Global Operations in Europe and Director of Human Resources at METRO Bulgaria, where Chris contributed to HR strategic development and implementation while being a member of the executive board. Early career experience includes a pivotal role in rapid HR expansion at Kaufland Bulgaria, and an internship with the AHK Bulgarien. Chris holds an MBA in Psychology and Economics from Technische Universität Dresden, alongside a diploma in German Studies from a German high school and education from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
