Jing Chang is the SVP, Asia, Performance Sensing & Sensing Solutions at Sensata. Jing has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Jing has held various positions at Motorola, Johnson Controls, Lear Corporation, and Konka Group Co. Automotive Divison. Her most recent position was Vice President & Managing Director, Lear China.

Jing Chang is the CEO of an executive education company specializing in business administration and management. Jing has a master's degree in management from Northwestern University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

They are on a team with Kevin Mcsherry - Head, Product Management & Tech Services, Global Aftermarket, Shannon Votava - SVP & Chief Legal Officer, and Robert Tinson - Director, Sales, North American Aftermarket. Jing Chang reports to Jeffrey Cote, CEO & President.
