James Phillips

James Phillips is the current Head of Partnerships at Sense. Prior to this, they were the Director of Talent at Capstone Logistics, LLC from April 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they led an enterprise Talent Acquisition team of 25 and provided strategic partnership with operational and corporate leaders. James then became the Director of Solutions Engineering, Global Pre-Hire Software at CareerBuilder from December 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they led a team of Sales Engineers for CareerBuilder's Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Video Interviewing and integration products supporting the entire CareerBuilder sales organization across North America and EMEA. Prior to this, James was a Senior Human Capital Consultant at CareerBuilder from June 2016 to April 2017 and a Senior Manager-Recruiting at TMX Finance Family of Companies from April 2012 to May 2016. James began their career as an Account Executive at Robert Half Technology from October 2010 to July 2011.

James Phillips has a B.A. in Political Science/Legal Studies from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University. James also has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science/Pre-Law from Coastal Carolina University.
