Michelle Boie

Michelle Boie has over 20 years of work experience in the operations and manufacturing field. Michelle is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations at Senseonics, Incorporated since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Hologic, Inc. where they held the positions of Director of Manufacturing Operations and Sr. Manager of Manufacturing and Planning from December 2019 to January 2023 and from August 2018 to December 2019, respectively. Before joining Hologic, Inc., Michelle worked at Haemonetics for many years, starting as a Manager of Equipment Operations from September 1999 to April 2004. Michelle later became a Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations and a Plant Manager, leading various functions of the company, including manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and procurement. Michelle was responsible for successful operational results, plant closure and technology transfer activities, and managing reduction in force while ensuring seamless service to customers.

Michelle Boie graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in 1994. In 2004, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. Michelle also obtained a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University in 2015. Michelle is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
