Caroline Baptiste

Caroline Baptiste has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as a Marketing Manager - Active Ingredients at SEPPIC since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Symrise for seven years, initially as a Global Product Manager from July 2015 to October 2022 and later as a Senior Global Product Manager from October 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining Symrise, Caroline worked at Yves Rocher as an R&D Project Manager from March 2011 to June 2015. Their responsibilities involved the development and identification of cosmetic assets, coordination of projects, sourcing of raw materials, communication and scientific support to the marketing team, and participation in industry conferences.

Caroline also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Validation Coordinator at Altran Belgium & Luxembourg from February 2010 to February 2011. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Science Officer at the French Embassy in Hungary from October 2008 to October 2009.

Their earlier roles include working as an Analytical Scientist at Biovail from April 2007 to March 2008, participating in a research internship in phytochemistry at the University of Tasmania from February 2006 to August 2006, and completing an honors project in agroforestry at the Forest Research Institute of Ghana in July 2004.

Caroline Baptiste completed their Bachelor with Honours degree in Environmental Sciences from the University of Aberdeen from 2003 to 2005. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Sciences degree in Analytical Chemistry and Biotechnology at the Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) from 2005 to 2006.
