Melanie Manio-Chew is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in operations, compliance, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Director of HR Operations for the People & Culture Team at Septerna since January 2025, Melanie has previously held significant roles at PlayStation, including HR Ops & Compliance Programs & Project Management Lead and Director of Operations & Compliance. Prior experience includes a tenure at Gilead Sciences as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations and positions in administrative roles at California State Automobile Association (AAA) and Levi Strauss & Co.
