Łukasz Grzybowski is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, data engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Seraphim Defence Systems, Grzybowski is recognized for building the Mobile Autonomous Counter-sUAV System, a finalist in the 2025 NATO Innovation Challenge. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of ARAAI, strategic direction for AI research and industry partnerships is established, while also leading the Product Cafe initiative to foster community engagement in technology. Grzybowski has a strong background in research and development, having led AI projects at Intuition Machines and contributed to national AI strategies as part of the governmental working group. Previous roles include data science at OLX, where significant pricing optimizations were achieved, and technology leadership positions at BAE Systems and STX Next. Grzybowski holds multiple degrees in computer science and information technology from Polish universities.
