Holly Brennan, Head of Sales at SERENITAS since May 2025, possesses over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, emphasizing sales leadership, greenfield development, and customer engagement in both commercial and residential sectors. Since transitioning to residential real estate in 2014, Holly has specialized in greenfield developments, built form sales, and the land lease model, contributing to the creation of thriving, purpose-built communities. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at AVID Property Group, State Sales Manager at Lendlease for NSW Communities, and various managerial positions at Servcorp. Holly is also recognized for participation in the 500 Women in Property initiative through the Property Council of Australia.
