Fredrik Alvarsson

Fredrik Alvarsson is a Swedish business executive who currently serves as a board member at SERNEKE. Fredrik has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, having held senior positions at several leading companies in Sweden.

Alvarsson began their career in 1994 as a manager for leasing and sales at Vasakronan AB. Fredrik then spent 10 years at Kungsleden, where they eventually became head of business development. In 2007, they joined NCC as director of business development and spent four years with the company.

In 2011, Alvarsson joined Hemsö Fastighets AB as projektutvecklingschef, or head of business development. Fredrik spent seven years with Hemsö before joining CA Fastigheter AB as CEO in 2018. Fredrik served in this role for just over one year before moving to their current position as a board member at SERNEKE.

Fredrik Alvarsson has a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from Lund University, a Master's degree in Total Quality Management from Chalmers University of Technology, and a Ph.D. in International Finance and Macroeconomics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
