Ragini Kapadia

Ragini Kapadia is an experienced professional in strategic partnerships and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Partnerships at SEIU since December 2020. Prior roles include Director of Training at Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Deputy National Organizing Director at ACLU. Ragini's previous experience at SEIU involved positions in education coordination and member leadership. Additionally, Ragini has worked as a Senior Economic Analyst for both AFL-CIO Center for Green Jobs and AFL-CIO Working for America Institute, and as a Policy Coordinator for the National Wildlife Federation. Early career highlights include serving as Field Director for Energy Action Coalition and Program Coordinator roles for Apollo Alliance and Campaign for America's Future. Ragini earned a degree from Wesleyan University between 2000 and 2004.
