Deana Kraft

Deana Kraft is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Global Industries & Solutions Partner GTM and Vice President, Global Head, Healthcare & Life Sciences GTM at ServiceNow since September 2024. Previously, Deana held several senior leadership roles at Salesforce from May 2022 to September 2024, leading partner sales and overseeing regulated industries. Prior to Salesforce, Deana was the Global Head of Healthcare Go to Market at Workday from 2019 to 2022, and also served as Principal, Head of Growth Strategies & External Affairs at Sullivan, Cotter and Associates, Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Deana's earlier roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center and System Vice President at OhioHealth, along with significant tenure at Mercer, where responsibilities included strategic oversight of North America's Talent Information Solutions business. Deana holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University and an MBA from Xavier University.
