Gala Samokieszyn

Gala Samokieszyn currently serves as an Advisor for the Customer Experience Certification Program at Seton Hall University since September 2024. With extensive experience in customer success and operations, Gala has held various leadership roles at ServiceNow, including Head of Executive Sponsorship and Strategy and Operations Manager, overseeing financial management and facilitating volunteer opportunities for remote employees. Previously, Gala has worked as a Customer Success Program Manager at ESG, Lead Customer Success Manager at Gym Launch, and managed customer service for enterprise clients at Walt Disney World.
