Libbie Miller

Libbie Miller is a seasoned content designer with extensive experience in UX strategy and product design. Currently serving as a Senior Content Designer at ServiceNow since September 2025, Libbie previously held similar roles at Smartsheet and HubSpot, where significant contributions included establishing content patterns for the automation group and mentoring junior designers. Prior to these positions, Libbie served as a Product Designer at Keap, focusing on text communication features and implementing user research methodologies.
