Markus Maurer is an experienced digital transformation leader currently serving as Principal Customer Success Executive at ServiceNow since March 2013. With a robust background in strategy, governance, and program management, Markus guides organizations through their digital transformation journeys while enhancing platform adoption and customer outcomes. Prior roles include Senior Director for EMEA Delivery at ServiceNow, and various leadership positions at Serena Software, Peregrine Systems, and Accenture, where expertise in technical services and supply chain consulting was developed. Markus holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Technology Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken.
