Alicia Asmarian

Alicia Asmarian is a skilled professional with a diverse background in technical writing, marketing, and customer support. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at ServiceTitan Armenia since February 2021, Alicia has previously held various roles including Specialist in Operations and Customer Support Advocate. Prior experience includes a Marketing Specialist position at Alice Catering, where responsibilities encompassed social media marketing and market research. Alicia also gained valuable experience through internships at ARMSWISSBANK and PicsArt Armenia, as well as in marketing and research roles at EPIC and Deem Communications. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Armenia, completed in 2021. Volunteer work includes assisting with key events during the visit of His Holiness Pope Francis and other community engagements.
