Tshilidzi Mulayo

Tshilidzi Mulayo serves as the Data and BI Manager at Servier since June 2025, leading a team to align technical solutions with business objectives and maintaining robust data pipelines. Prior to this role, Tshilidzi was a Data Analyst at Life Healthcare, where collaboration with marketing and strategy teams enhanced clinical referral pipelines and led to the development of a cross-functional Marketing Dashboard. Tshilidzi's career began as a System Engineer in Training at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, followed by youth development efforts at Vhumbedzi Youth Development and various student leadership roles at the University of Cape Town. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Analytics from IIE Varsity College and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town, along with additional training in data analysis and digital literacy.
