Roberto Tumolo

Roberto Tumolo is a seasoned antenna engineer with extensive experience in advanced system engineering. Since July 2021, Roberto has been working at Ses as a senior antenna engineer. Prior to this role, Roberto was employed at Leonardo from December 2008 to January 2022, where responsibilities included serving as an AESA antenna engineer and an EMI/EMC engineer in research and development. Roberto also held the position of test engineer at THALES ALENIA SPACE for a brief period in 2008, focusing on antenna nulling for the SICRAL 1-B satellite. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in array antennas from Università di Trento, obtained between 2013 and 2018, and a Laurea in telecommunications engineering from Università degli studi di Napoli Federico II, completed in 2007.
