Richard Randal is the Vice President of Business Development at SetSchedule, a technology innovator revolutionizing real-estate business development by filling realtor’s calendars with a targeted stream of real, interested local buyer and sellers, not a list of leads. The multi-patented matching engine leverages AI-powered predictive data, insider market insights and automated marketing software tools to deliver the right opportunities, appointments and valuable insights to close the deal.

Richard brings more than 20 years of sales experience to his position, overseeing the training and mentorship of the sales team. Prior to joining SetSchedule he held various Business Development and Sales roles at Motorola Inc., The Home Depot, Bay Alarm Company, Sonitrol Corporation, and Windows Direct.

Richard served in the United States Marine Corps and attended Cypress College. Richard is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Sales Program where he has also served as an instructor.
