Ahmed Abdelmoteleb is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Regional Head of Tax at SGS since September 2025, prior positions include Global Withholding Tax Leader and Africa, India and Middle East Indirect Tax Leader at GE Vernova from October 2023 to September 2025, and Senior Indirect Tax Manager for Middle East, Turkey & Africa at GE Power from September 2019 to October 2023. With earlier roles as Indirect Tax Leader for Africa at GE, Tax Supervisor for Egypt and North Africa at General Motors, and Tax Supervisor for Egypt and Saudi Arabia at the Egyptian Drilling Company, Ahmed has a robust background that includes consultancy experience at Deloitte and Mazars.
