Kashish Kapoor

Kashish Kapoor currently serves as the Head of the Training Academy at SGS, with responsibilities that include developing new initiatives and training businesses since August 2015. Prior to this role, Kashish held the position of Head for Campus operations at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), managing quality compliance, marketing, sales, and education delivery for the West Zone from February 2013 to August 2015. Kashish's career in the IT training industry spans over 13 years, having served as Centre Manager and Group Lead at NIIT, where duties included handling centre operations, ensuring profitability, and developing sales and marketing strategies. Additional experience includes managing entry-level training of ASEs at Accenture, and leading a team of trainers at NIIT Limited, imparting training in various technologies. Educational qualifications include certification as a Leadership and Career Coach from the International Coach Federation, alongside a B.Sc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Parle College, and a Certificate in Instructional Designing from SCDL.
