Sam Richardson serves as the Chief Optimization Officer at SGS & Co, where responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiency and long-term growth through data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Prior to this role, Sam was the President & CEO of Identity Group, leading significant growth in the Experiential Graphics industry with a focus on technology and services. Experience also includes serving as VP/GM for Fellowes Brands, overseeing channel strategy and business development across the Americas, and several leadership positions at HP and Lexmark, where impressive sales growth and strategic initiatives were achieved. Sam holds a BA in Communications & Operational Management from Hamilton College and completed an Executive Course at Harvard Business School.
