Brian Fung

Brian Fung is a seasoned procurement professional with a solid background in supply chain management. Currently serving as the Construction Procurement Manager at Shake Shack since August 2017, Brian leads procurement functions for new constructions and renovations, manages vendor relationships, and optimizes the supply chain process, achieving significant cost savings. Previously, as Global Commodity Manager at IBM from June 2014 to August 2017, Brian honed skills in supplier management and negotiations while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Brian's early experience includes a role as a Global Supply Chain Management Intern at Tenneco, where contributions supported senior buyers and enhanced cost efficiency. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
