Carlos Pedroza

Carlos Pedroza, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional People Partner at Shake Shack, focusing on employee relations and advising management on employment legislation. Prior experience includes a role as the Employee Relations Manager for Olive Garden at Darden, where Carlos analyzed data for risk assessments and improved the employee experience. Carlos also held the position of Managing Partner at Longhorn Steakhouse, leading restaurant operations, and earlier served as General Manager at Chevys Fresh Mex, consistently achieving top sales performance. Additionally, as Area Director at Chevys Fresh Mex Restaurants, Carlos facilitated growth and coordinated management meetings across multiple locations.
