Liam Wai Yong FCCA is an experienced financial professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Cluster Financial Controller for Shangri-La Group since September 2007, Liam oversees financial operations for CWTC Hotels. Prior roles within Shangri-La Group include multiple positions as Financial Controller, alongside experience as Assistant Financial Controller and Financial Performance Manager. Prior to this, Liam spent over a decade at EY in Kuala Lumpur, culminating in the role of Assistant Audit Manager. Liam holds the designation of Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and possesses a degree in Accounting and Finance from the United Kingdom.
