Natalie Rae Miller

Natalie Rae Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare operations and management, currently serving as Senior Director of National Retrieval Production at Sharecare since May 2010. In this role, Natalie leads a team focused on optimizing retrieval operations and enhancing workflow efficiency. Previous positions at Sharecare include Director of National Retrieval Production and Regional Audit Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring timely delivery of chart retrieval requests and achieving audit client goals. Additional experience includes operations management roles at Regal Entertainment Group and Florida Medical Record Services, as well as a brief stint as Floor Staff at Target and Sales and Leasing Consultant at Aimco Apartment Homes. Natalie holds an Associate of Arts in Business Management from Valencia College and has pursued studies in Creative Writing at the University of Central Florida.
