Shannon Thorpe

Shannon Thorpe, DNP, RN, CNL, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Value-Based Care and General Manager of CareLinx at Sharecare, where strategic leadership in developing and executing innovative Value-Based Care models is a primary focus. In this role, Shannon oversees the P&L and operational performance of CareLinx, ensuring financial growth and service excellence. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Lumeris as Senior Director of Network Operations and Director of Population Health Management, along with a tenure at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center as Senior Manager of Provider Engagement. Shannon holds a Doctor of Science in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing Administration from Mount St. Joseph University, as well as a Bachelor's of Nursing from Ohio University.
