Hector Hernandez is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and quality management, currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager for North America Operations at Shark Solutions since January 2025. With a robust background that includes roles such as Director of Quality and Engineering Systems at ATW-Carry-on Trailers and various management positions at Eaton Corporation, Hector has extensive experience in driving continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
