Tracey Hulme

Tracey Hulme is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in higher education and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR and OD at Sheffield Hallam University since April 2022, Tracey previously held notable positions, including Director of Human Resources at the University of Wolverhampton, Deputy Director of Human Resources at the University of Bradford, and Associate Director HR at the University of Salford. Tracey has a strong foundation in personnel management, having begun a career at Lancashire Constabulary as Principal Personnel Advisor. Tracey holds a Chartered Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an ACIS qualification from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, as well as a Bachelor of Science and a Diploma in Applied Social Sciences from The Open University.
